Classroom training is only part of the Job Corps experience.
Our students train at real work sites through our work-based
learning program, internships and other job-shadowing
opportunities. We teach them the value of a strong work

to allow them to focus on their careers.
The Job Corps program stays in contact with students
up to 18 months after they graduate to make sure they
have everything they need to succeed. We make sure they
have access to services - transportation, housing, child
care, etc. - if they need them. We do this so they can
focus on their careers.

Because Job Corps is an open-entry/open-exit program
and students are responsible for creating their own
training timeline, the program graduates employee candidates
